This new dramatization captures the charm and excitement of L. M. Montgomery's enduring classic about an orphan girl, Anne Shirley, from her first encounter with her austere guardian to her thrilling graduation from Queen's Academy. The play faithfully recreates the memorable events and characters from the brilliant novel. All the tragedies and triumphs that mark Anne's growth from adolescence to early adulthood are here: her friendship with Diana, her feuds with Gilbert, her adoration of Matthew, the mistaken wine bottle, the cake disaster, the broken leg, the scholastic achievements, and the saving of Green Gables. Whether the playgoer is an "old friend" of Anne's or meeting her for the first time, this play will solidify a lasting friendship between the audience and one of literature's most unforgettable characters.

Comedy by Jacqueline Lynch
Directed by Dean Kelly
Margaret Miller is a self-styled "barracuda" literary agent whose new client, Shane Velasco, star of action films, is expected for dinner and contract negotiations. Her routine business meeting becomes a comedy playground when her associate (and ex-husband) Hank shows up with his own client, Madame Guadelupe Montevideo, "world famous" hypnotist. When Margaret insults Guadelupe, she turns her fiery temper and flare for the dramatic on Margaret, hypnotizing her into a shy, five-year-old child. Coping with her growing pains are her roommate Janet, a bored executive looking for adventure, and Janet's boyfriend, Dr. Norman Simcovitz, a psychologist who has always hated the adult Margaret's guts. Janet's visiting upper-crust grandparents are the final straw that pushes this comedy over the edge

Set in an island paradise during World War II, two parallel
love stories are threatened by the dangers of prejudice and war. Nellie, a
spunky nurse from Arkansas, falls in love with a mature French planter, Emile.
Nellie learns that the mother of his children was an island native and, unable
to turn her back on the prejudices with which she was raised, refuses Emile's
proposal of marriage. Meanwhile, the strapping Lt. Joe Cable denies himself the
fulfillment of a future with an innocent Tonkinese girl with whom he's fallen in
love out of the same fears that haunt Nellie. When Emile is recruited to
accompany Joe on a dangerous mission that claims Joe's life, Nellie realizes
that life is too short not to seize her own chance for happiness, thus
confronting and conquering her prejudices.

Fed up with the pressures and demands of her acting career, the famous Myra Marlowe leases a house in the tiny New England hamlet of Beaver Haven and settles down to write her autobiography. She is successful in turning aside the offers pressed on her by her long-time agent, but dealing with her nosy, omnipresent neighbors is a different matter. In an attempt to shoo them away, and gain some privacy, Myra invents a mad, homicidal sister—who is kept locked in an upstairs room, but who occasionally escapes long enough to scare off uninvited visitors. The ruse works well, at first, but complications result when the local handyman develops an affection for "Sister Sadie" and some of the more officious ladies decide it is their Christian duty to save the poor demented Sadie's soul. In desperation Myra announces that her imaginary sibling has suddenly gone off to Boston—which brings on the sheriff and the suspicion of murder! Needless to say, all is straightened out in the end, but the uproarious doings will keep audiences laughing right up to the final curtain, and then some.
